These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maxi iOS app and related websites (together, “Maxi”). By creating an account or using Maxi, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Maxi is a frictionless workout notepad. You type training notes; Maxi helps tag muscles and estimate volume. Features may change as we improve the product. Maxi is for personal fitness logging—not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Accounts

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that provider secure. You may delete your account from Settings; deletion removes your cloud profile and synced day logs from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Maxi Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store (for example monthly or yearly plans, which may include a free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple subscription settings. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage Plan in Maxi.

Prices are shown in the app and App Store. Free trial length and conversion terms are disclosed on the purchase screen. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Maxi (including attempting to disrupt servers, abuse AI parsing at unreasonable scale, or reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law). You retain ownership of the workout text you enter; you grant us a license to process and store it to operate Maxi.

Disclaimer

Maxi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Parsing suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect—always verify your own logs. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we revise this page.
