Maxi (“we”, “us”) is a workout notepad app. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the Maxi iOS app and related services at maxifitness.app.
Information we collect
Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identifiers and basic profile details those providers share (such as a name or email, when available) so we can create and secure your account.
Profile & training data. You may provide height, weight, birthday, training preferences, and free-form workout notes. We store day logs, parsed exercise summaries, muscle tags, and volume so the app can sync across your devices and power streaks, widgets, and stats.
Subscription. Purchases and entitlements are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status needed to unlock Maxi Premium; we do not store your full payment card details.
Device & diagnostics. We may collect limited technical data (app version, crash or error logs) to keep the service reliable.
Maxi is not a medical or HealthKit app. We do not request access to Apple Health.
How we use information
- Provide the notepad, parsing, sync, widgets, and streaks
- Authenticate you and protect your account
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases
- Improve reliability and fix bugs
- Respond when you contact support
AI parsing
Workout lines you enter may be sent to our servers and processed with Google Gemini (or a similar provider) to suggest exercise structure, muscles, and volume. We use this to power the product feature—not to sell your notes as advertising data.
Sharing
We use service providers that help us run Maxi, including hosting, authentication (Apple, Google), AI parsing, and subscription infrastructure (Apple, RevenueCat). They process data only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & deletion
We keep account and workout data while your account is active. You can export a CSV of your workouts from Settings and delete your account in the app, which removes your cloud profile and day logs from our servers (subject to short backup windows).
Children
Maxi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
